What is the production time for any personalized knitted items?
As each product is knit-to-order, please kindly allow for 20-25 days for production. We would like to include the option of rushed orders in the future but in the meantime if you have a deadline to meet, please reach out to us first and we will see if we can make it happen!
What is the production time for embroidery items?
Embroidery items generally can be completed in 3-5 days.
I need something quite urgently and can’t wait for the personalized products. What do I do?
We have a range of products that are in-stock and ready to ship! We also have the option of e-gift cards or physical gift cards which comes with complimentary gift packaging too.
Which blanket size should I pick?
If you’re gifting for newborn babies, we recommend 95x95cm. For toddlers and kids, we recommend 150x90cm. The larger size at 180x95cm is good for adults!
Can I see a preview of the combination I picked before I place my order?
Yes absolutely! In order for the team to process these enquiries, we can provide up to 2 options for you to compare. Please contact us via the below options that are most convenient for you.
What if I can’t decide on which combinations to get?
Simply get in touch with us and we’ll be able to guide you through the selection process with recommendations and reference images!
Do you provide gift packaging?
Yes! We provide complimentary gift packaging for orders that have requested it. If you have a gift message to add, we can also add that in for you too! If you don’t need the gift box, simply opt out of this option when placing the order.
What are the products made out of?
All personalized knitted products are knit-to-order from 100% natural cotton yarn. A small selection of our clothing range are made from organic cotton and the rest are made from 100% natural cotton.
How do I wash the products?
All our products are machine washable, and yes that includes the personalized knitted products! Make sure you pop it inside a washing bag and use cold machine wash at 30 degrees or under. You can lay flat to dry for the ultimate care, but they are totally dryer-friendly too.
ORDERING
When will my order be delivered?
Once payment is received, any in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day. Personalized items will be shipped according to the production time needed for each item.
I ordered in-stock items and personalized items in the same order, will they be shipped separately?
In-stock items will generally be shipped together with the personalized items once they are ready. If you want to receive the in-stock items earlier, simply place a separate order.
What if I want to change the details provided for personalization after I placed my order?
We do aim to process all orders efficiently! So if you find that you have given us the wrong details, please let us know as soon as possible and we will check on the production status. We cannot guarantee that it could be changed and if that is the case, a new order will have to be placed again with the correct information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the shipping option you selected and the country we are shipping to, the number of days to arrive varies. You may refer to our shipping information page for details on the approximate delivery times based on the options you selected.
How do I track my order once it’s been shipped?
As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking information on it.
What payment currencies are available?
Although our default currency is Hong Kong Dollars, our website will convert prices automatically based on the country you’re in. You can also manually choose to switch to your preferred currency AND also check out in the same currency as selected.
What if I can’t find my country in your shipping list?
Please contact us and we’ll add your country back in!
What is the advantage of creating an account on the website?
