Shipping and Handling
Hong Kong Delivery
We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong (to one address) for orders over HKD500. For orders under HKD500, a delivery and handling fee of HKD35 will be charged. We can deliver to any SF station/locker, commercial or residential address in Hong Kong.
International Delivery
We try to dispatch these orders as soon as we can but please kindly understand that we cannot take responsibility for delivery times once the package is with the courier.
Standard shipping to most countries is gradually back to normal operations! To see the most up to date shipping options, please add your items to cart and you will see the shipping estimates on the check out page.
We are currently shipping to: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
If there is a country you would like to ship your order to which is not on the list, please just let us know and we’ll add it back in!
When will my order be delivered?
Once payment is received, any in-stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, followed with an email notification with a tracking number for your reference. If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the following working day. Personalized items will be shipped according to the production time needed for each item.
I ordered in-stock items and personalized items in the same order, will they be shipped separately?
In-stock items will generally be shipped together with the personalized items once they are ready. If you want to receive the in-stock items earlier, simply place a separate order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will find the estimated shipping time on the checkout page, which does not include the production time.
Does my order come with tracking information?
Yes! We always send our packages with tracking numbers. Standard Shipping offers partial tracking and International Express includes full tracking. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking information on it.
Do you ship to commercial addresses only?
No, we ship to both commercial and residential addresses! However we do not deliver to any PO Box addresses. A quick note though, a delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel.
What about custom duties and taxes?
Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. We will not be responsible for the cost for clearing customs upon delivery.
Indemnities
Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen parcels or parcel delays caused by the carrier. We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery.
